Welcome to a new forum for condo owners and renters.

We put this board together after we moved into a Miami condo and found out some of the events that were going on in our building.

It was only then we found out of stories of condo dwellers being subject to crime, bad management, dangerous conditions, neglected maintenance and poor build quality to name just a few problems.

Of course not all buildings are badly managed which is why we want your input on the forum. Whatever your experiences are of condo life, good bad or ugly this is the place to tell others what is going on.
